No. Apple does not allow you transfer iTunes music and video fles, r allothem to be downloaded by 3rd party apps, as they are DRM (Digital RightsManagement) protected. But you can download them on PC/laptop/Macbookand then copy them into the flash drive. Just plug and play on your iPhone/iPad.
