I am getting error message or am unable to upload/copy photos or video from my iDiskk Max or PhotoBank Media Drive to my iOS device. How do upload files?
Once the iDiskk Max product family or PhotoBank product family application is installed for the first time in an iOS device, the iOS asks for the permission to 'allow' or 'deny' the access of photos and videos for the iDiskk Max or PhotoBank app. If you have selected 'deny' the iDiskk Max product family or PhotoBank product family application will not have access to your photos. To enable access for the iDiskk Max product family or PhotoBank product family application please see below:

To grant access to iDiskk Max product family or PhotoBank product family, go to the iPhone/iPad settings.

In the iPhone/iPad settings, tap on 'Privacy' from the left pane:

Tap on 'Photos' after selecting 'Privacy:

Find the iDiskk Max product line or PhotoBank product line icon and select all photos:
